2026 Audi A5 Trim Level Comparison
The 2026 Audi A5 is offered in three trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. All three share the same 268-horsepower, 2.0-liter TFSI® turbocharged four-cylinder engine, seven-speed S tronic® dual-clutch transmission, and standard quattro® all-wheel drive, with meaningful upgrades in technology, comfort, and safety as you move up the lineup. Premium Trim
The Premium trim establishes a well-equipped foundation for the Audi A5. Standard features include leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, three-zone automatic climate control, and ambient cabin lighting. The interior is anchored by a 14.5-inch MMI® touch display and an 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit®, with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ and a wireless charging pad. Outside, LED headlights, a panoramic glass roof, and 18-inch five-arm-twist design wheels round out the standard package.
On the safety side, the 2026 Audi A5 Premium includes forward collision mitigation, Audi Side Assist® with rear cross-traffic alert, lane keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, a surround-view camera system, parking sensors, and safe exit assist as standard equipment.
Premium Plus Trim
The Audi A5 Premium Plus represents a noticeable upgrade for this new Audi sedan. The panoramic glass roof gains electrochromic dimming, upgraded exterior and interior lighting refine the cabin presence, and a Bang & Olufsen® premium audio system and additional USB charge ports are added.
The Premium Plus trim also adds highway driving assist, a standard integrated dashcam, and a semi-automated parking system. The available Technology package at this trim level adds a head-up display and a 10.9-inch MMI® passenger display.
Prestige Trim
The Prestige trim represents the most complete expression of the Audi A5. Standard additions include Matrix Design Headlights™, acoustically insulated front windows, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and rear window sunshades. A head-up display, the 10.9-inch MMI® passenger display, and additional Bang & Olufsen® headrest speakers are all standard at this level.
Driver assistance technology takes another step forward at this level, with remote automated parking, rear emergency brake assist, and a 3D surround-view camera system all included.
